Bradford of Novi subdivision

Whether you are relocating to Michigan or just thinking of buying Oakland County real Estate Novi is a great place to live.  Here is an update on one of Novi's subdivisions.

Bradford of Novi  subdivision is actually 3 subdivisions with one homeowners association.  Bradford of Novi  has approximately 145 homes in it.  The homes were built during the years of 1987 -1994.

The homes are mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style.  Most of the homes have brick exteriors, 2 & 3 & 3+ car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements.

Square footage of the homes range from 2200 - 5900 square ft.

There are some courts that have large secluded lots & homes

The school district is Northville Schools

The location of the subdivision is between 8 and 9 mile roads and between Beck and Taft Roads.

There are 2 Novi homes for sale currently in the sub.  The average list price is $475,000 and on the average has been on the market for 96 days

Novi, MI homes have sold in Bradford of  Novi in the last year with an average price of $n/aafter being on the market an average of 71 days.


You will notice the trend in Metro Detroit real estate if you look at several of these subdivision updates.  Novi real estate home values are continuing to fall, but the time on market for Novi homes for sale is about the same.  Even though Novi real estate home values are falling they are not falling as much as the rest of Oakland County home values.
