I recently went over the 500 blog posts mark. To me to it went by unnoticed until I saw somebody saying how many blog posts they had.
Then I thought it is not about quantity but also about the quality. So I thought to myself "Is my blogging helping clients and prospective buyers and sellers?" I have done neighbor hood updates on many different subdivisions. I have taken pictures of different areas. I have done buyers tips and sellers tips on many different blogs.
I'm not a great writer. I'm not a English major. But I am just a Wayne County Realtor trying to get information out there for the internet surfer. Sure I have an ulterior motive. I would like them to use me as there Michigan Realtor but I don't get all the clients. If my blogs help one person a day then I have made a good difference in the world.
It cost me nothing but time and I helped somebody today whether they contacted me or not. That's a good day!!!!
